Traditional Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
Pizza breads (3 about 6” diameter), butter (2tbsp), corn flour (2tbsp), cinnamon clove powder (1/4tsp), oman or oregano seeds (1/4tsp), crushed red chilies (1/2tsp), sugar (1/2tsp), salt (to taste), garlic flakes (8 to 10), tomato ketchup (2tbsp), finely chopped onions (1/2c), tomato puree (1c).
For Topping:- Finely chopped coriander (1tbsp), onions (2), tomato ketchup (1tbsp), cooking cheese grated (4 to 5 tbsp), capsicum (1).
Method of preparation:-
traditional-pizzaTake capsicum and onions, cut them into thin and round slices for the topping and then keep them aside. Take a pan, heat butter in it and then fry the chopped onions for about 2 to 3 minutes by stirring. Add the tomato puree in it and keep it to boil. Mix clove powder, cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder, garlic and then add all these ingredients in the pan except corn flour. Keep it to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Take a small bowl, add corn flour and ½ cup of water in it. Mix it well to make smooth paste. Add this paste to the boiling sauce, cook it by stirring until it gets thick enough to spread on the pizza. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Then spread the sauce on the pizza bread. Place the slices of capsicum and onions over the sauce. Dust the chopped coriander leaves over it and then add grated cheese to cover. Now place the pizza bread in preheated oven and bake it for about 5 minutes until the base gets crispy and then cheese gets melt. Take out the pizza from the oven and then cut it into triangles and serve it hot.
