Seafood salad with honey Balsmic sauce |
500g mixed seafood - or small shrimp, calamari heads or any other mixture
500 g cherry tomato
1 red pepper
1 kohlrabi
2 celery - stalks
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper - coarsely ground
1 teaspoon minced garlic

preparation :
Boil the seafood with a spoon of chopped garlic about 3 minutes (the seafood will get a very delicate flavor of garlic). Filter, wash with water and put in bowl of ice water to stop cooking.
The cherry tomatoes cut into halves or quarters.
