Osso buco with tomato sauce, onion and dry white wine

Osso buco
Ingredients
 6 slices of veal osso bucco
 Some flour
 1 / 2 cup olive oil
 3 large onions, sliced
 5 tomatoes
 1 / 2 bottle dry white wine
 Preparation
 Tie the  osso bucco pieces with string, so that the meat does not fall off the bone.
 Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
 Heat large pot (for oven) with olive oil, flour the pieces of osso buco and saute until browned.
 Remove the osso buco pieces  from the pot.
 In a pan add the onions  and saute for about 5 minutes.
 Add tomatoes, fry for about 2 minutes add the osso buco and pour wine.
 Cook in the oven about an hour and a half, or until the meat is very tender and the sauce  is reduced. cover the pot while cooking in the oven after an hour remove the cover.
