Learn how to make Paneer Kachori.
Normally we Indians are use to make dal kachori, green peas kachori, khasta kachori, pyaz - onion kachori etc. But here it's a different type of kachori - with the goodness of paneer. Means it's a calcium rich recipe. Paneer kachori is one of my favorite recipe.
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 4 person
Ingredients to make Paneer Kachori:
For outer layer:
300 grams refined flour
1 1/2 table spoon ghee or butter
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
2 table spoon curd
Salt to taste
Milk for kneading dough
For stuffing:
250 grams paneer
1 table spoon gram flour
1 tea spoon garam masalo
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon green chili paste
1 table spoon chopped coriander
oil for frying
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up

Method to make Paneer Kachori:
- Mix all the ingredients of outer layer and make soft dough. Cover it and keep a side for at least 45 minutes.
- Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan and fry gram flour in it for 1 minute. Now add crumbled paneer and masala to it and mix well.
- Cook for 1 minute only. Remove from flame and add chopped coriander.
- Let it come at room temp. Make small balls from them.
- Make small balls from dough and make puri from it. Fill paneer stuffing in it and cover it. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Heat oil in a pan and dip fry kachori in it. Fry till light brown. When done remove from oil and drain on absorbent tissue.
- Hot and tempting Paneer Kachori is ready to serve. Serve with tangy tomato ketch up.
