Aglio e Olio -
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cup minced garlic
1 / 2 cup olive oil 4 chopped tomato
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rozmarin
1 teaspoon dried Thyme
500 gr spaghetti
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
1 heat the olive oil in small pot add the garlic, simmer for few minutes but do not let garlic to become brown add oregano, rosemary and thyme. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
2 While the sauce is simmering, boil the spaghetti follow the Manufacturer's instructions
3 Pour sauce over spaghetti and add parmesan chips on top.
