Ingredients:
500g fresh strawberries, quartered
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
1 cup (250ml) thickened cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar mixture
1/2 cup (140g) yogurt
10 pavlova nests, chopped coarsely
Method:
Combine strawberries and liqueur in medium bowl.
Beat cream and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in yogurt.
Place half of the strawberry mixture in base of 1 .25-litre (5 cup) seMng dish. Top with half of the meringue and half of the cream mixture.
Repeat the layers.
