Pesaratu (Sankranti Special)
Ingredients
1 cupMoong Dal
1Onion (finely chopped)
1/4tsp Ginger( finely chopped)
Corianderleaves (finely chopped)
1-2Green Chillies
Saltas per taste
Method:
1.Soakthe moong dal for about 4 hours in water taken in a bowl.
2.Washthem and grind to make smooth paste along with the chillies and ginger.
3.Addthe chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and salt to the above prepared paste.
4.Heata flat griddle on high flame.
5.Pourthe batter on it and spread the batter on the pan moving from center to thecorners.
6.Giveit the shape of round pancake.
7.Sprinklelittle oil on its sides and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
8.Turnover and cook again.
9.Serveit hot with coconut chutney.
