CurdRice (Sankranti Special)

 
Ingredients
3cups Plain Curd
6cups Uncooked Rice
1twig Curry Leaf (Kadipatta)
1 tspMustard Seeds
2 tspCoriander Leaves (chopped)
2-3Dry Red Chilies
2tbsp Cooking Oil
Saltto taste

Method:
1.Washrice, put it in a pressure cooker and cook it till done.
2.Takea small pan and put some oil into it. Heat the oil.
3.Whenthe oil becomes hot, put mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilies intoit. Cook till the chilies are almost black.
4.Whilestirring, add curd and salt to it.
5.Now,add the cooked rice to the curd mixture and mix them well.
6.Garnishthe rice with coriander leaves.
7.CurdRice is ready to serve.
