Bharvi Khichadi Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup toor daal
  • 1 and half cup rice
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp cumin & mustard seeds
  • handful chopped green coriander
  • 1 cup peanut powder(coarsely ground)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of sugar
  • 2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 small potatos
  • 10-12 tindora
  • 2 small baigan(brinjal)
  • 10-12 papdi (val)beans
  • 1-2 big green chillies
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 carrot(chopped)
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

For 10 minutes and let the water soak into the rice and lentils.
Meanwhile the ginger - garlic paste, garam masala, coriander, chillies, turmeric powder and salt in bowl addsome take peanut powder. Mix well.
Now add lemon juice and sugar, add a little water and make a thick paste.

Add the lentils and rice. Add 3 cups of water.
2 flame cooker cook can not only remove whistle.then and allow to cool to allow.
Can not Serve hot with kadhi.
Some spice and vegetables stuffed with meat mixture will come out, stuffed and cooked meat and tastes terrible vegis will give great flavor.
